Frequently Asked Questions

Where do sessions take place?

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to my clients in Oregon. I have an office space in downtown West Linn off the historic Willamette main street. I also have a second office space in Multnomah Village, just 15 minutes south of Downtown Portland. For my California clients, I am only able to offer telehealth sessions.

How do sessions work?

Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes in length, giving you a solid chunk of time to dive into what’s on your mind. Think of it as a weekly or bi-weekly pit stop for your mental well-being where you get to explore, reflect, and grow in a supportive and confidential space just for you. We can discuss what cadence and frequency serves your goals and can always assess and re-assess along the way.

What would we even talk about?

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons! In therapy, it’s like having a heart-to-heart with a trusted person who’s there to help you sort through life’s messiness. You can chat about anything from those nagging worries and relationship hiccups to diving into past experiences shaping who you are today. Whether you’re aiming to boost your self-esteem, tackle stress, or just need a space to be heard, therapy is your safe zone. Think of it as a journey where you get to uncover insights, set goals, and gain tools to make life feel a bit more manageable and meaningful. What’s on your mind today?

How are fees determined?

I set my fees commensurate with my specializations, additional work in community mental health, as well as the local cost of living. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer a sliding scale currently.
