Clients Served & Therapeutic Approach

I offer both in-person and telehealth services to my Oregon clients, as well as telehealth services to my California clients.

I work with a wide variety of individuals and groups (adults, couples, and families) and mental health concerns, including trauma/abuse, women’s issues, self-esteem, childhood emotional neglect, grief, anxiety, depression, providing LGBTQIA+ support, and relationship issues. I aspire to help my clients improve coping skills, enhance interpersonal relationships, increase self-esteem, and build positive communication skills.

I aim to maintain a humanistic approach in therapy with my clients and work primarily in the therapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have also been trained in various Evidence-Based Practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing.

Good Faith Estimate and No Surprise Billing *

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or are self-pay an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. This can include related costs such as session fees, medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

For questions or more information about your right to Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
